Prosecco Negroni

Bubbly Elegance

Prosecco (Sbagliato) Negroni

If you're looking for a version of the Italian aperitif, with some bubbly fun the Prosecco Negroni (also called Sbagliato Negroni) is the perfect choice for your next happy hour! This delightful cocktail keeps the essence of the Negroni – combining Campari’s bitterness and vermouth’s sweetness – then adds a twist with some sparkling prosecco.

Picture this: the flavor of Campari blending with gins notes softened by sweet vermouth. Then a bubbly burst of prosecco sweeps in bringing lightness and fizz. The end result? A balanced drink that’s both elegant and refreshingly light.

The Prosecco Negroni is great for days when you want complexity without the heaviness of a Negroni. It's also perfect for those who enjoy cocktails with a sparkle! Say goodbye to cocktails. Try this simple twist on an old favorite. With a few stirs you'll have a sparkling masterpiece ready, for any celebration. Let’s start mixing!
