Ingredients

  • 1 fluid ounce gin
  • 1 fluid ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 fluid ounce Campari
  • 1 fluid ounce lemon juice
  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice

Measurement Conversions: 1 fl oz = 1 shot = 30ml

How To Make

  • In a mixing glass, add gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white. Shake vigorously to create the foam.
  • Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  • Strain into a glass and garnish with a slice of fruit.

Notes

  • Make sure you “dry shake” the cocktail without ice to start with. This will create a fluffier foam.
  • Simple syrup consists of equal amounts of white sugar and water. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir to dissolve the sugar and cook until the mixture is slightly thickened. Cool before using.
